Gemilas Chesed Organization
Celebrating our 46th year with a special Melava Malka,

in our Social Hall, we will be honoring our founders,
Rita & Ruby Markowitz
Their chesed involvement in our shul and in other communities is known to many.
Our Gemilas Chesed organization has been helping individuals and families locally and in Eretz Yisroel with monetary assistance with utmost discretion. For more than four decades, we have had the opportunity of helping them through periods of great stress. These economic and stressful times have made the situation even more critical.
Between our shul-based organization and our active subsidiary branch in Israel, we have had the zechus of helping thousands with loans or outright gifts totaling close to two million dollars.
We make no direct appeal for funds at the Melava Malka. We do, however, rely upon friends such as you for additional donations to help continue our activities for those less fortunate.
